Chris & I got drunk in London one night & woke up under the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in Paris a few nights, sleeping on benches, and one day Alan called & said he'd loaded his van with a ton of recording equipment from a fancy studio in London where Placebo had been working on Black Market Music.
